Each product will be fully examined before shipping it out to the customers. The methods listed eblow are typical procedures in our QC policy.

Visual Inspection

By using High Definition microscope, Our QC department tests the product Appearance including Silkscreen, mark code, solder balls, which can detect whether oxidized, physical damage, or counterfeit parts.

Function Testing

During a functional test, the voltage level of the output signals from the DUT is compared to the VOL and VoH reference levels by the functional comparators. An output strobe is assigned a timing value for each output pin to control the exact point within the test cycle for sampling the output voltage.

X-Ray Inspection

In some cases, the components may look normal, but the function is not meeting the parameters. The X-RAY can confirm whether the wafer and wire bond and die bond is good or not.
